Sheek Circle

Terms of Membership

Last updated: 24 August 2026

1. Who we are

Sheek Circle is operated by SA AN CONSULTING GROUP LLC, registered in Texas, United States, at 9910 Hill Lane, Unit 7103, Manor, Texas 78653, USA, (“Sheek Circle”, “we”, “us”).

You can reach us at support@saanandco.com.

These terms apply to your membership of Sheek Circle. By applying and by paying your membership fee, you agree to them.

2. What Sheek Circle is

Sheek Circle is a private membership community for ambitious women. Membership gives you access to our private community, invitations to the gatherings we host, curated introductions to other members, and preferential rates on the experiences we run.

Membership is an invitation into rooms and relationships. It is not a guarantee of business, clients, investment, employment or any other outcome, and nothing we say about the community should be read as a promise of one.

3. Applying and being accepted

Membership is by application. Every application is reviewed personally, and acceptance is at our discretion. We are not obliged to explain a decision.

Paying a fee does not entitle you to membership. Fees are only taken after an application has been accepted.

The Inner Circle tier is not open to application. It is offered by invitation, nomination, member referral or founder selection only.

Before your access is activated you will be asked to read and sign the Sheek Code, our code of conduct. Membership is conditional on it.

4. Membership, fees and renewal

Current membership fees, in US dollars:

TierFee
Sheek Club$450 per year, or $120 per quarter
Inner Circle$800 per year, annual only

Your membership renews automatically at the end of each billing period — every twelve months, or every three months for quarterly membership — and continues to renew until you cancel.

We may change our fees. If we do, we will tell you at least 30 days before the change takes effect, and the new fee will apply from your next renewal, never mid-period.

Fees are charged in US dollars. Your bank may apply its own conversion or international transaction charges, which are outside our control.

5. Cancelling

You can cancel at any time, through the billing portal link in your welcome email or by writing to support@saanandco.com.

Cancellation stops future renewals. Your membership continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, and your access ends on that date.

6. Refunds

Membership fees are non-refundable. This includes any unused portion of a membership period, and applies whether you cancel, stop attending, or your membership ends for any other reason.

We take this position because membership is curated: a place given to you is a place not offered to someone else, and the value of the community depends on people choosing it deliberately. We would rather you were certain before you joined than comfortable leaving after.

Where the law of your country gives you a mandatory refund or withdrawal right that cannot be excluded by agreement, that right applies and nothing in this section removes it.

7. If a payment fails

If a payment fails, we will retry it automatically over roughly two weeks and let you know by email.

You then have a grace period of 14 days. During that time your membership continues as normal. If payment has still not been made at the end of it, your access is paused rather than cancelled — your place and your record are kept, and everything resumes when payment is made. We would always rather have a conversation than lose a member to an expired card.

8. What membership includes

Every member, wherever she lives, receives the same digital layer: the private community, the member directory, our private online rooms, the newsletter, and two curated introductions a year.

Members in a chapter city also receive invitations to that city's gatherings. Chapters are additional, not a higher tier, and the cities we operate in will change over time.

Some experiences are included in membership and some are priced separately. Where an experience is priced separately, that is made clear before you book.

Our programme is planned in advance but is not fixed. Dates, cities, formats, hosts and venues can change, and occasionally an event will be postponed or will not happen. We will always tell you as early as we can.

9. Events and paid experiences

Tickets to paid experiences are separate from membership and are subject to these terms as well.

Tickets are personal to you and cannot be transferred or resold without our agreement. Tickets are non-refundable, including if you are unable to attend.

If we cancel an event, you will be offered a refund of that ticket or a credit against another, at your choice. If we postpone an event, your ticket moves to the new date; if you cannot attend it, you may request a refund of that ticket.

Many of our gatherings take place at hotels, restaurants, galleries and private residences we do not own or control. We are not responsible for the acts, omissions or standards of those venues, though we choose them carefully.

10. The Journeys — Delegations and Seasons

The Journeys sit alongside membership rather than inside it. Each one is priced separately and has its own booking terms, which are given to you in writing before you commit.

The following apply to all of them:

  • Every Journey has a minimum number of participants and a booking deadline. If the minimum is not met by the deadline, the Journey will not run and all deposits are returned in full.
  • Deposits are non-refundable once the Journey is confirmed to run, because we commit to hotels, venues and suppliers on your behalf well in advance.
  • Flights, visas, travel insurance and personal expenses are yours to arrange and pay for. We strongly recommend travel insurance.
  • We do not sell access we do not hold. Where a Journey coincides with a conference, festival, fair or sporting event, what we are offering is the Sheek gathering we build around it, the introductions arranged in advance, and arriving as a delegation rather than alone. Unless we say so explicitly and in writing, a Journey does not include conference passes, credentials, official accreditation, or seats at a third-party event.
  • The founder attends many but not all Journeys. Her attendance is only guaranteed where we say so in writing.

11. How members behave with one another

Membership depends on trust, and these are the things that protect it.

Discretion. What is shared in a Sheek Circle room stays there. Do not repeat, publish or attribute what another member says without her agreement.

No selling to the room. Sheek Circle is not a lead list. Do not use the community, the directory or an introduction to pitch, market or recruit unless the other member has invited it.

The directory is not yours to share. Member details are for your own use inside the community. Do not export, copy, publish or pass them on.

No recording. Do not photograph, film or record members or sessions without the consent of everyone present, and never in rooms we describe as closed.

Your guest is your responsibility. Where you bring a guest to an event, you are accountable for her conduct and she is bound by these standards.

Membership is personal to you. It cannot be shared, transferred or used by anyone else.

12. Photography and content at events

We often photograph and film our gatherings, and we may use those images and recordings in our own communications and on our channels.

If you would rather not appear, tell us before the event or tell the photographer on the night, and we will respect it. If an image of you is already published and you want it removed, write to support@saanandco.com and we will remove it.

13. Ending a membership

We may suspend or end a membership where a member breaches the Sheek Code or these terms, behaves in a way that damages the community, or where continuing would be inconsistent with the standards the community depends on. Where a membership is ended for these reasons, fees are not refunded.

We may also decline to renew a membership at the end of its period. We will say so before the renewal date so no payment is taken.

14. Introductions

We introduce members to one another with care, and only with the agreement of both.

An introduction is not a recommendation, an endorsement, or any assurance about a member's business, character, competence or reliability. What happens between two members after we introduce them — any agreement, transaction, investment or arrangement — is a matter between them, and we are not a party to it and not responsible for it.

15. Our name and our work

The Sheek Circle and Sheek Network names, our marks, our written and visual work and the names of our formats belong to us. Membership does not give you a licence to use them. If you want to reference your membership publicly, we are usually delighted — just ask us first.

16. Our responsibility to you

We will provide membership with reasonable care and skill.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for loss of profit, business, opportunity or reputation, or for anything arising from your dealings with another member or with a third-party venue or supplier.

Where we are liable, our total liability to you is limited to the fees you have paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Nothing here excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.

17. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change materially affects you, we will tell you at least 30 days before it takes effect, and it will apply from your next renewal. Continuing your membership after that means you accept the change.

18. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, and the courts of Texas have jurisdiction.

If you are a consumer resident in the European Union or the United Kingdom, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country you live in, or of your right to bring proceedings there.

19. Talking to us

Write to support@saanandco.com. If something has gone wrong, tell us first — we would far rather fix it with you than have you raise it with your bank.
